Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer shipping within the United States using economy and standard shipping options.

Domestic Shipping Rates:

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders of $25 USD and up

  • Economy Shipping (0–5 lb): $4.90

  • Economy Shipping (5–70 lb): $19.90

  • Standard Shipping (0–1 lb): $6.90

  • Standard Shipping (1–5 lb): $9.90

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and order weight.


International Shipping (Currently Not available)

We ship internationally to select countries, including but not limited to:

Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Austria, and Australia.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.
We ship international orders using USPS and DHL Express (discounted Shopify rates).

Please note:

  • All international orders are subject to a $10 USD handling fee.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.


Free Shipping Promotion

Free shipping applies to orders of $25 USD or more shipped within the United States. This promotion applies automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other shipping discounts unless otherwise stated.


Returns & Shipping

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns.

  • Customers can request returns online through our self-service return system, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
